Sultan's Stuffed Aubergine

Inspiration: Antalya, Turkey

We had this classic dish in one of our visits to Turkey. We found it so tasty and reminded us of true comfort food we had to put it on our menu. This recipe was created in the Palace’s kitchen in the 1800’s and got Sultan’s attention that became a regular dish since then.

Ingredients: Eggplant, Vegetarian Fed Lamb, Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Fresh Herbs, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Pine Nuts, Salt, Spices and Flat Bread
