Gallo Pinto


A traditional dish of Costa Rica, which has been associated with breakfast now comes to you any-time of day. “Gallo Pinto” means “spotted rooster” in Spanish, they said the name of this dish originate in the multi-colored or speckled appearance that results from cooking the rice. We say the name of this dish represents the goodness and culture of the Costa Rican cuisine.
